They now call him the 'hypnotizer-in-chief.'
Since the Cuban regime is always looking for new sources of income, maybe they can start selling video tapes of Raul's speech to those who have problem falling asleep. Based on these great results, I am sure that they can sell millions of those videos. And one thing is for sure, no one would get addicted to them!
