Musicalmente hablando claro, alguien escucho a este pibe?
Lo estoy escuchando hace un tiempo ya, y me parece muy capo, excelente forma de mescalar generos, sobre todo en el ultimo disco 01011001
Muy pero muy recomendable, como para echarce y escuchar detalladamente los arreglos, repito me parecen excelentes.

Ayreon es un proyecto musical del compositor holandés Arjen Lucassen, cuyo estilo radica principalmente en el rock progresivo y el heavy metal, aunque también incluye elementos de la música folk, música clásica y música electrónica. La mayoría de los álbumes de Ayreon tienen el formato de ópera rock, en los que se desarrolla una historia compleja protagonizada por varios personajes, cada uno de ellos interpretado por un vocalista.

Arjen Lucassen es el hombre que compone la música y la letra, y canta y toca en todos los álbumes de Ayreon junto a varios músicos invitados.

01011001 es el séptimo álbum de estudio del proyecto del holandés Arjen Lucassen, Ayreon. "01011001" es la forma binaria número 89, que se corresponde con la letra Y en el código ASCII. Como todos los álbumes de Lucassen, 01011001 es un álbum conceptual basado en la misma historia visitada en anteriores trabajos de la banda, como Into the Electric Castle, Universal Migrator o The Human Equation, que se emplaza en el planeta Y (de ahí el nombre en binario del disco). En este trabajo participan diecisiete vocalistas, incluyendo al propio Lucassen.

Muy buena banda Ayreon, en un momento la escuché bastante. El ultimo ese 01011001 lo bajé hace como 1 año pero todabia no lo escuché. Lo tengo pendiente.

El tema de iutub parece bueno, a ver que tal...

Ayreon es bastaaaaaaaaante menos monotono que Rhapsody. Tiene cosas muy metaleras pero mezcla muchas otras cosas. Incluso a veces tiene un cierto sentido del humor un poco acartonado pero no se, ta buenísimo. Que trabaje con 40 cantantes y otros tantos guitarristas y bateristas le da bastante diversidad, aunque ya los temas en sí son diversos.

Yo me lo baje en un tiro que estaba buscando laburos de Jorn Lande y ta muuy bueno la verdad. No conocia la banda y ta moito buena. Che, igual Avantasia es muuucho mas Power y mas violento, por lo menos lo era en Metal Opera I y II (me encantaba The Final Sacrifice, igual toooodos los temas la rompian), el ultimo no se tanto ya. Y coso, Rhapsody es mucho mas elaborado, con orquestas de fondo y toda la bola...

Es elaborado, pero es monotono. Bah no. Osea, los chabones son creativos y tratan de crear cosas nuevas, pero el genero power metal dragoncitos medieval tiene margenes bastante angostos y lamentablemente la musica tiende a no salirse de un cuadradito general, que a mi parecer, se vuelve chato e insulso.

Ah y el cd de ayreon me lo baje
