O sea, la página en donde aparece el email de soporte técnico dice claramente que envíen la dirección de IP (les aparece en esa página mediante un código Java) con su username.
Los tipos salen tan de prepo que se les olvida enviar una u otro dato o se olvidan te ambos, como sucedió en este caso.

Class action suit? Where do you plan on getting more people to even start planning it? You have no idea who our other customers are nor have access to their contact details. Even if you did, what makes you think anyone would want to join your ADULT-RELATED lawsuit? Do you really think that people in the US like to get flagged by their communities as porn-consumers?
