Pero dice lo que paso en ingles. Lo agarro la policia al tipo y tuvo problemas pero al final le retiraron los cargos y le devolvieron las cosas que le habian sacado. LEAN!

Y ya no tienen mas descargas, asi que no "volvio".

For a year now, there have been many rumors why SuprNova.org was taken offline. Some have said that it was because of legal issues, some said it was because I sold out to eXeem project, or because I became a millionaire and did not want to bother with the site anymore, and the rumors go on.

Today, on the exact day, when SuprNova.org went offline, I decided that it is time for everybody to know the truth and that it is time for me to stop pretending like nothing ever happened.

On November 2004, I received a call from my ISP saying that all of my servers had been raided by the police. I received nothing from the police before or after the raid, nobody told me what was going on.

In early December, Reuters did an article on me, and many Slovenian newspapers jumped on the story. So I ended up reading about myself in Slovenian newspapers. And right about that time, I had a feeling something was wrong. I do not really know what the feeling was or where it was coming from, but I decided it was time to take SuprNova.org offline.

About a month later, after SuprNova.org had been taken offline, there was a door bell at 6:30 in the morning, saying it's the police. Actually I was not expecting anything anymore, since SuprNova.org had been taken offline long before that. They showed me a court order to search my place and they did so. They took as far as I remember, two of my computers and lots of documents.

About a month or so later, I was called to the police, so that we or actually they, did a list of all the files that were on all of the computers that they took from my home and from the ISP.

Another month later, I was called to the police for my hearing. I and my lawyer decided, we wouldnt answer any questions. After this was over, the police told us they will give this to the prosecutor and he will continue the procedure. My lawyer told me, that I should expect a letter from the prosecutor after the summer holidays.

And that was true, nothing happened during the summer holidays and I had quite a wonderful time. Very relaxed.

And just when I was hoping that the prosecutor would forget about my case I received another letter. When I received the paper, that I had to go pick up the envelope at the post, I became completely depressed and sad. But anyway, I went to the post and picked up the document. It was from the prosecutor, saying by the law blah blah and blah blah the denunciation against Andrej Preston has been dropped. And I received all the CD's and computers that they took from me. This happened on 18th October 2005.

Since then nothing happened, and I hope it stays that way. This has been a huge pressure on me and I think it left some permanent marks on me. I hope none of you will ever have to go through something like this.

What is written above is just a short story of everything that went on during last year. I also do not want to give out too much information, since it wouldn't be wise.

Thanks to all of the friends that knew about this and supported me as much as they could! Its been a hard year for all of us.

Por un año hubo muchos rumores sobre porque SuprNova.org fue cerrado. Algunos decian que era por causas legales, otros que lo habia vendido al proyecto eXeem, o que me habia vuelto millonario y el proyecto ya no me importaba más, y los rumores seguian.

Hoy, en el día exacto en que SuprNova.org fue cerrado, decidí que ya es po de que todos sepan la verdad y dejar de fingir que nadad ha pasado.

En noviembre del 2004, recibí un llamado de mi ISP diciendo que todos mis servidores habian sido raptados por la policia. No recibí nada de la policia antes o después del rapto y nadie me dijo que estaba pasando.

A principios de diciembre, Reuters hizo un articulo sobre mi, y muchos periodicos eslovenos tomaron la historia. Entonces termine leyendo historias sobre mi en lo periodicos eslovenos. En ese momento yo sentí que algo andaba mal. Realmente no se que estaba sintiendo o de donde estaba viniendo este sentimiento, pero igual decidi cerrar SuprNova.org.

Pasado un mes, despues de que SuprNova.org fuera cerrado, suena el timbre a las 6:30 de la mañana, diciendo que era la policia. No me habia pasado nada de que SuprNova.org habia sido cerrado hasta ese momento. Me mostraron una orden de la corte para registrar mi casa y eso hicieron. Tomaron rapidamente dos computadoras y un monton de documentos.

Aproximadamente un mes después, fui llamado por la policía, quienes habian hecho una lista de todos los archivos que habia en las computadoras que tomaron de mi casa y del ISP.

Otro mes después, fui llamado nuevamente por la policia, esta vez por mi audiencia. Con mi abogado decidimos que no ibamos a contestar ninguna pregunta. Cuando terminamos con esto, el policia nos dijo que iba a darle esto al querellante quien iba a continuar con el proceso. Mi abogado me dijo que me deberia llegar una carta del querellante despues de las vacaciones de verano.

Y así fue. Nada paso durante ese tiempo y así pude tener unas vacaciones muy tranquilas y relajadas.

Y justo cuando esperaba que el querellante halla olvidado mi caso recibi otra carta. Cuando fui a buscar el papel al servicio postal me deprimi y entristecí. Sin embargo, fui al correo y recogí el documento. Era del querellante, diciendo que por la ley blah blah y blah blah la denuncia contra Andrej Preston fue cancelada. Y recibí todos lo CD's y computadoras que me habian sacado. Esto paso el 18 de octubre de 2005.

Desde entonces nada ha pasado, y espero que esto siga así. Esto fue una gran presión para mi y creo que me dejara algunas marcas permanentes. Espero que nunca les pase nada parecido a ustedes.

Lo que escribi es solo una pequeña historia sobre lo que me sucedió el último año. Todavia no quiero dar mucha información, porque eso no seria muy sabio.

¡Gracias a todos mis amigos que me ayudaron tanto cuanto ellos podian! Fue un año duro para todos nosotros.

Bueno, yo no se mucho que fue lo que pasó con SuprNova porque de hecho no lo usaba pero bueno, me puse y lo traduje porque... No se, estaba al pedo. Pobre tipo, che.
