    Exiting on signal 2
rsync error: received SIGINT, SIGTERM, or SIGHUP (code 20) at rsync.c(544) [receiver=3.0.6]

io timeout after 181 seconds -- exiting rsync error: timeout in data send/receive (code 30) at io.c(200) [receiver=3.0.6.

          Permiso.

          Gentoo? Gentoo Based?

                        Mirá, se me ocurren muchas cosas (entre ellas, que me des la versión de portage que te pedí -.-), pero creo que lo totalmente safe acá sería lo siguiente;

                        - te bajás un portage snapshot
                        - mv /usr/portage /usr/portage.backup
                        - tar xzvpf portage-latest.tar.gz -C /usr
                        - emerge --sync
                        - rezamos todos

Si después de esto no sincroniza, either:

                        - tenés un problema en rsync
                        - tenés un problema en python
                        o bien
                        - tu portage es viejo.

                        gl
