Problema con Nero

ayer reinstale windows y tuve que reinstalar la mayoria de los programas que tenia...

el problema esta en que cuando intento instalar el nero me salta un error que dice: Shieldmanager mierda

y no me deja terminar de instalarlo...
ya probe varias versiones: la que viene en el XPuE, la bajada de downloads.com y la que esta en mininova...

alguien sabe que carajo puedo hacer??

es la version 7 ultra la que estoy intentando instalar

General CleanTool is our recommended program for uninstalling any Nero software. After you uninstall a program, simply re-install it to begin using it again.

Please note: First make sure you have your Nero 5/6 serial number to install Nero/Nero Express with. The serial number should look like this:
15xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (Nero 5.x) or
1Axx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (Nero 6)
It should be located on the inside of the Nero jewel case, or on the back of the paper sleeve the Nero CD came in.
You can also open Regedit (a program in C:\Windows), and go to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ahead\Nero-Burning Rom\Info”
and obtain your Nero 5 or Nero 6 serial number there.

Double-click the EXE file to start the program. If you wish to uninstall all Nero programs, check the “Clean All” box and then click on the "Clean” button. Otherwise, simply check the boxes next to the programs you wish to uninstall and click the “Clean” button. After you finish uninstalling the desired software, restart your computer so that all registry entries will be removed.

InCD 3.xx and InCD 4.xx can be removed completely under Win 9xx after a reboot.

Please note: Uninstalling a program also removes all related plug-ins. Please make sure you have saved these files so you can re-install them afterwards.

The General CleanTool recognizes if a program is still running and requests a shut down and it can remove files after a reboot in case they are still in use.

You are able to execute the CleanTool even when you have to start your computer in "Safe Mode".
