    Divide el ancho de banda

    Encontre el programa para dividir el ancho de banda entre computadoras conectadas en red, sisi, es muy bueno, funciona y es gratis

    Para el que lo necesite, se llama "NetLimiter" yo tengo la version 1.21 BETA.

    Despues posteo detalladamente, dónde bajarlo y cómo instalarlo.
